Se presenta un estudio sobre las actuaciones que realizan los docentes en su comunicación con el alumno. Los aspectos que se han considerado como factores que influencian en las habilidades comunicativas del profesor son: la voz, mensaje, comunicación no verbal, clima del aula y actitud del docente. Para recabar información, se ha diseñado una encuesta y se ha entregado a los profesores del centro de prácticas. Una vez realizado el análisis de los resultados, se completa este estudio con una serie de propuestas orientadas a mejorar la comunicación profesor- alumno. Además, se quiere hacer reflexionar a los lectores sobre la importancia y beneficios de poseer habilidades comunicativas en la enseñanza de la Educación Secundaria Obligatoria.
ABSTRACT A study of the actions performed by teachers in their communication with students is presented. The aspects with influence on the teacher communication skills that have been taken into account are: voice, message, non-verbal communication, classroom ambiance and the attitude of the teacher. In order to gather information, a survey has been designed and given to the teachers of the training centre. An analysis of the results is presented, as well as a series of proposals aimed to improve the teacher-student communication. In addition, readers are encouraged to realize about the importance and benefits of having adequate communication skills in Secondary Education.
