Muralismo publikoa. IMVG La ciudad pintada / Hiri margotua

Abstract

Muralismo publikoa izeneko praktika artistikoari esker gure kaleak gero eta ikusgarriagoak eta koloretsuagoak bihurtzen ari dira, eta artea presentzia gehiago hartzen ari da hiri espazioan. Egia da pintura murala edo horma-pintura artearen hastapenetatik existitu izan den diziplina dela, baina azkeneko hamarkadetan bere izaera guztiz aldatzen joan da, gizarte berri eta garaikidearen baldintzetara egokituz. Gaur egun, mundu osoko kaleetan aurkitzen ditugu muralismo publikoko adierazpenak, fenomeno internazional bilakatuz. Nahiz eta hori horrela izan, esan daiteke arte historialariek ez dutela burutu pintura mural eta proiektu artistiko eta garaikide horien inguruko begirada analitiko ugaririk. Horregatik, arte historialari gisa, premiazkoa ikusten dut artearen esparru horren inguruko analisi historiko artistikoa planteatzea. Hori dela eta, pintura mural urbanoaren inguruko GRAL-a plazaratzen da idazlan honetan, zehazki Vitoria-Gasteiz hiriko proiektu muralistiko esanguratsu bat: IMVG La ciudad pintada/Hiri margotua (Itinerario Muralístico de Vitoria-Gasteiz) 1 . IMVG-a Gasteiz hiriko adierazpen publikoaren eta komunitarioaren erreminta bat da, 2007. urtean sortua, ekimen parte hartzaileak eta sortzaileak aurrera eramateko gune ireki bat egiteko asmoarekin. Erreminta kulturala izateaz gain, hiritarren parte-hartzea sustatzea eta artista zein sortzaileak bultzatzea du helburu egitasmo artistiko honek. Gasteiz hiriko Alde Zaharrean eta Zaramaga langile auzoan kokatzen dira proiektuak sortutako mural ezagunenak, baina horietaz gain, hiriaren eskoletan, Arabako zenbait herrietan eta Bilbon sortu dituzte horma-irudi publikoak; guztira 37 mural sortu dituzte, eta orain beste bat martxan dago. Gainera, IMVG La ciudad pintada/Hiri margotua deitutakoa ez da Gasteiz hiriburuan aurkitzen den proiektu muralistiko bakarra, tradizio artistiko urbano esanguratsua duen hiria baita hau. Grafitia zein pintura murala landu duten artisten lan ezberdin daude hiriko auzo gehienetan, espazio horiek edertzen laguntzen dutenak, auzoen identitate propio bat sortzen laguntzearekin batera. Halaber, nabarmentzekoa da proiektu artistiko hauetan, artistez gain, arte praktikan adituak ez diren hiritarren parte hartzea dagoela, eta talde lana bihurtzen dela adierazpen artistiko horiek izaera propioa eta pertsonala izatera bideratzen duen motorra, arteak kohesio sozialean duen garrantzia azpimarratuz.
