Abstract

È possibile rendere ragione, con i metodi propri della ricerca scientifica (in particolare: economia comportamentale, psicologia sperimentale ed econometria), del fatto che la vita di una persona può cambiare dentro l’abbraccio della misericordia? Il nostro incontro con alcune persone attorno alle quali (e grazie alle quali) sono cresciute esperienze significative di ‘misericordia in atto’ ci ha spinto a impegnarci nell’affascinante tentativo di verificare empiricamente la trasformazione che può accadere quando una persona marginale, vulnerabile e ferita incontra e sperimenta concretamente una nuova possibilità per sé, dentro relazioni di amore e perdono.
