No setor da hotelaria, onde a concorrência é cada vez mais forte, a criação de experiências diferenciadoras pode ser crucial para o sucesso do negócio. O presente relatório de estágio, conducente à obtenção do grau de Mestre em Marketing e Comunicação Digital, insere-se no âmbito da UC Dissertação/Projeto/Estágio. Este tem como objetivo apresentar a aplicação do Marketing Experiencial ao setor da hotelaria, no âmbito do estágio realizado no Apulia Praia Hotel. Este documento conta uma revisão literária que aborda a importância da implementação de estratégias de marketing digital nos hotéis, assim como o conceito de Marketing Experiencial, as suas dimensões e a sua aplicação ao setor hospitaleiro. As atividades realizadas no período de estágio resultaram no cumprimento dos objetivos inicialmente propostos pela entidade de acolhimento, contribuindo para o crescimento académico e profissional da estagiária.
In the hospitality sector, where competition is increasingly strong, creating differentiating experiences can be crucial to business success. This internship report, leading to obtaining a Master's degree in Marketing and Digital Communication, is part of the UC Dissertation/Project/Internship. This aims to present the application of Experiential Marketing to the hospitality sector, within the scope of the internship carried out at Apulia Praia Hotel. This document contains a literature review that addresses the importance of implementing digital marketing strategies in hotels, as well as the concept of Experiential Marketing, its dimensions and its application to the hospitality sector. The activities carried out during the internship resulted in the fulfillment of the objectives initially proposed by the host entity, contributing to the intern's academic and professional growth.
