O relatório de estágio que se segue resulta de um trabalho realizado no contexto do Mestrado em Criação Artística Contemporânea da Universidade de Aveiro, correspondente à dissertação final para obtenção do grau de Mestre. Desenvolveu-se sob acordo de cooperação internacional entre a Secretaria de Cultura y Juventudes de la Alcaldía Municipal de Cota, Cundinamarca Colômbia, e a Universidade de Aveiro, durante um período de quatro meses: março de 2019 a junho de 2019. O estágio laboral consistiu em ser assistente de coordenação, para a construção do plano anual de Teatro, e na formulação de estratégias pedagógicas para o ensino do teatro. Assim sendo, este é um documento que sistematiza a experiência de um estágio laboral, desenvolvido no âmbito do modelo de “Casas de la cultura” dentro da instituição de Secretaria de Cultura y Juventudes, existente na Colômbia, e contribuindo assim para as investigações futuras que venham a ter lugar no município, sobre o ensino do teatro.

The following practice report is a work carried out within the framework of the Master in Contemporary Artistic Creation of the Universidade de Aveiro, corresponding to the final work in order to obtain the master title. It was developed under an international cooperation agreement between the Secretary of Culture and Youth of the Municipal Mayor's Office of Cota, Cundinamarca Colombia, and the University of Aveiro, during a period of four months: March 2019 to June 2019. The work practice consisted of being the coordination assistant, for the construction of the annual theatre plan, and the formulation of pedagogical strategies for the teaching of theatre. It pretends to be a document that systematizes the experience of a intership practice, developed in the framework of the modality of the Secretary of Culture, that exist in Colombia, contributing this way, to the future investigations that are given the municipality, on the teaching of Theater in pedagogical scenarios.
