Abstract

This paper results from the implementation of a teaching sequence operated with students from the 3.th grade of Primary School, through which proposed the construction of learning the writing informational texts. In general terms, with the development of the sequence, we sought to examine how students, arranged in pairs, performed the task of joint (re)writing an informational text based on the respective individual productions, and also, how that task contributed to the improvement of textual cohesion. To this end, the survey was made, in all texts produced, in several indicators of cohesion, in order to compare the early texts (individual) with the texts resulting from the collaborative (re)writing process. The results indicate that, benefiting from the dynamic of reflection associated with the task of collaborative (re)writing, pairs built, in fact, more cohesive texts.
