Abstract

O presente trabalho resulta da concretização de uma sequência de ensino concebida para a construção da aprendizagem de textos informativos, numa turma do 1.º ano de escolaridade do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Grosso modo, esta investigação visa analisar o efeito da referida sequência de ensino no desenvolvimento de competências de escrita, quer em termos de palavras quer a nível da própria qualidade das produções textuais, em dois momentos de avaliação individual (no início e no final do projeto de intervenção). Para tal, foi delineada uma análise assente num conjunto de indicadores de progressão da competência ortográfica e da qualidade textual a aplicar não só em cada um desses momentos de avaliação como também a todos os textos produzidos - quer individualmente quer em grupo -, ao longo da pesquisa. Os resultados obtidos indicam que os alunos apresentaram melhorias significativas nos dois níveis analisados, pois construíram, de facto, textos mais consistentes e coesos, no que diz respeito à explicitação e ao desenvolvimento de ideias.

This paper results from the implementation of a teaching sequence designed to build learning informative texts, in a class of the 1st grade of the Primary School . Roughly speaking, this research aims to analyze the effect of such teaching sequence in the development of writing skills , both in terms of words and actual quality of textual production , in two moments of individual assessment (at the beginning and in the end of the project intervention). To this end, we outlined an analysis based on a set of indicators of progression of orthographic competence and textual quality to apply not only in each of these time points as well as all texts produced - either individually or in a group - along the research. The results indicate that students showed significant improvements in both levels tested, as they built, in fact, consistent and cohesive texts, with respect to explanation and development of ideas.
