Problemas de contacto de lengua en el "Repartimiento" de Orihuela

Abstract

En este artículo se analiza la utilidad de los textos jurídicos en la historia del lenguaje. Para ello se estudia el Libro del Repartimento de Orihuela y las razones por las que se escribe en castellano y catalán. Desde estos análisis se pueden perfilar algunas conclusiones relativas a las causas de cambio del lenguaje con relación a los cambios políticos.

In this article we analyze the utility of juridical texts in the study of the history of language. Then we study the Libro del Repartimiento of Orihuela and the reasons why it is written in Castilian and Catalan. From these analyses we draw some conclusions concerning the causes of the language change with relation to the political changes.
