Movilidad académica internacional. El presente proyecto de sistematización de la experiencia académica internacional se presenta como trabajo de grado teniendo en cuenta, que según el Acuerdo N° 04 del 9 de septiembre de 2014 de la Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios (UNIMINUTO), titulado “Lineamientos para opciones de grado de pregrado” (UNIMINUTO, 2014, p. 8), cursar un semestre académico en la modalidad de movilidad internacional es una de las alternativas aprobadas por la institución como opción de grado del programa en el cual esté inscrito. En consecuencia, este documento es un informe sistematizado sobre la experiencia académica internacional del autor en la Universidade do Vale do Taquari (UNIVATES) durante el primer semestre del año 2018. Entre los objetivos que persigue este trabajo se encuentran los siguientes: exponer la utilidad y trascendencia que puede llegar a tener un intercambio académico, tanto para el estudiante como para las universidades que son partícipes de este tipo de procesos interinstitucionales, en este caso UNIMINUTO Virtual y a Distancia y UNIVATES. Asimismo, se pretende exponer los conocimientos adquiridos por el autor durante el proceso de movilidad académica. De estos propósitos deriva la siguiente pregunta de investigación ¿Cuáles son los beneficios de los intercambios académicos, tanto para los estudiantes como para las instituciones educativas que participan de estos?. The present project of systematization of the international academic experience is presented as a degree work taking into account, that according to Agreement No. 04 of September 9, 2014 of the University Corporation Minuto de Dios (UNIMINUTO), entitled "Guidelines for options of Undergraduate degree "(UNIMINUTO, 2014, p.8), to study an academic semester in the modality of international mobility is one of the alternatives approved by the institution as an option of the degree of the program in which it is enrolled. Consequently, this document is a systematized report on the author's international academic experience at the Universidade do Vale do Taquari (UNIVATES) during the first semester of 2018. Among the objectives pursued by this work are the following: expose the utility and transcendence that can have an academic exchange, both for the student and for the universities that are participants in this type of inter-institutional processes, in this case UNIMINUTO Virtual and Distance and UNIVATES. It also aims to expose the knowledge acquired by the author during the academic mobility process. From these purposes derives the following research question: What are the benefits of academic exchanges, both for students and for the educational institutions that participate in them?.
