Konceptualizacja przypadku w różnych modelach psychoterapii

Abstract

Anna Słysz łączy w prezentowanej monografii precyzję analiz teoretycznych ze złożonymi badaniami empirycznymi. Tematyka dotycząca wiedzy o istotnych elementach konceptualizowania przypadku należy do stosunkowo nowych i trudnych obszarów refleksji naukowej w psychologii, zwłaszcza jeśli chodzi o badania empiryczne w tym zakresie. Autorka nawiązuje do najnowszych nurtów zagranicznych badań naukowych i ukazuje drogi wykorzystania przez praktyków wiedzy teoretycznej w jednej z najbardziej specjalistycznych form pomocy psychologicznej, jaką jest psychoterapia. Podkreśla, że można złożonymi i innowacyjnymi metodami ujawnić empirycznie sposób myślenia psychoterapeutów w konceptualizowaniu przypadku. Książka może wnieść istotny wkład do toczącej się dyskusji naukowej na poruszany temat, a jednocześnie może być bardzo przydatna w procesie kształcenia psychoterapeutów.
