The author analyzes solme aspects of division of labour and co-operation on the example of the Soviet Union food industry. He starts from a known statement about profits from division of labour. He concludes, however, that there lasre limits of divisioin of labour mostly determined by a human personality. It is necessary, therefore, to link together many simple operations. Great part of the article is devoted to the achievments of food industry in this field. That lis why the author presents various forms of teamwork, multi-field of activity service, and the union functions or even professions.
