Abstract

Es una realidad ampliamente contrastada por la doctrina y la información suministrada por la Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria (AEAT) que la Inteligencia Artificial, junto a otras tecnologías disruptivas, es una herramienta útil y fructífera para facilitar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y gestionar adecuadamente los riesgos fiscales. Esta Inteligencia Artificial en su máxima manifestación se caracteriza por la toma de decisiones automáticas y autónomas a través de los denominados procesos de aprendizaje automático (machine learning) y a los procesos deductivos que se alcanzan en los algoritmos de caja negra (black boxes) con el fin de emular al razonamiento humano.
