Abstract

“Descubrir genera entusiasmo, ganas de aprender, ilusión, sorpresa, alegría…, en definitiva, rodea al aprendizaje de emociones positivas que ayudan al esfuerzo y la constancia en el proceso, convirtiéndolo en pasión“. Esta afirmación fue realizada por un grupo de científicas y científicos que redescubrieron la pasión de niños y jóvenes al realizar experimentos, viviendo la ciencia desde el descubrimiento, y compartiendo esos momentos con sus maestros y maestras. Este libro nos muestra que existen vínculos entre creatividad, ciencia y docencia, que permiten a los maestros ser creativos para trabajar las ciencias desde la experimentación-vivenciación, y concluir con el análisis y la reflexión compartida con los estudiantes. Esperamos que ayude a continuar con un valioso trabajo en el aula basado en metodologías “cre-activas”. Para ello, encontrarás en su interior 18 guías didácticas donde se explican experimentos de temas diversos como la gravedad, el campo magnético, cualidades y cambios físico-químicos, transformación de la materia, los microorganismos… En dichas guías se proponen objetivos, los materiales necesarios, el procedimiento y las propuestas de evaluación. Se describen ejemplos con materiales cotidianos del entorno cercano, con posibilidad de aplicar los resultados a la gastronomía, las manualidades…, aprovechando situaciones diarias para descubrir, aprender y disfrutar de la ciencia.
