La utilización de condiciones generales, la posición desventajosa del consumidor y el vidrioso art.3 de la Ley del Contrato de Seguro favorecen la inclusión de determinadas condiciones en los seguros multirriesgo del hogar cuya naturaleza va un paso más allá de la tradicional distinción entre las denominadas cláusulas limitativas de derechos y las delimitadoras del riesgo.
