Abstract

En esta investigación se presenta la implementación de una intervención educativa con niños y niñas entre 5 y 6 años del grado transición de una institución educativa oficial de Ciudad Bolívar, en Bogotá. Este trabajo de investigación se asumió desde una perspectiva cualitativa, ya que ella nos modela un proceso inductivo contextualizado en un ambiente natural, Sampieri H. (2006). El método utilizado fue la Investigación Acción (IA) que trata básicamente de aprender haciendo. En este contexto, el estudio se centró en la aplicación de la intervención educativa propuesta por Porro (1999) “hablar hasta entenderse” para aprender a resolver conflictos en la primera infancia y algunas actividades del programa Navegar Seguro (Alianza Educativa) para el nivel de transición, específicamente en su componente de “Dimensión con los demás”, para la promoción de competencias socioemocionales como: asertividad, toma de perspectiva, la escucha activa y el manejo de conflictos. Estas intervenciones se llevaron a cabo durante un período de dos meses, con dos sesiones por semana. El objetivo fue abordar la resolución constructiva de conflictos. Se concluye que estas intervenciones aportan un enfoque efectivo para fomentar habilidades de resolución de conflictos y promover relaciones positivas entre los niños y niñas en la primera infancia.

This research presents the implementation of an educational intervention so that boys and girls between 5 and 6 years of age transition from an official educational institution in Ciudad Bolívar, in Bogotá. This research work was undertaken from a qualitative perspective. The method used was Action Research (AI). In this context, the study focused on the application of the educational intervention proposed by Porro (1999) “talking to understand each other” to learn to resolve conflicts in early childhood and some activities of the Safe Navigation program for transition, specifically in its component of “Dimension with others”, for the promotion of socio-emotional competencies such as assertiveness, perspective taking, active listening and conflict management. These interventions were carried out over a period of two months, with two sessions per week. The objective was to address constructive conflict resolution with boys and girls between 5 and 6 years of age. It is concluded that these interventions provide an effective approach to foster conflict resolution skills and promote positive relationships between boys and girls in early childhood.
