El teletrabajo en la Comunitat Valenciana II

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene como objeto identificar las principales características del teletrabajo en la Comunidad Valenciana. Se trata de determinar su volumen y tendencias identificar los retos, amenazas y oportunidades tanto para trabajadores como para las empresas y detectar debilidades y fortalezas en esa modalidad de trabajo, así como sus riesgos, y elementos motivadores para los trabajadores. También se pretende definir y analizar el perfil de las personas teletrabajadoras, y sus condiciones de trabajo con el fin de entender este fenómeno. Para ello se ha realizado una encuesta a 2005 personas de la Comunitat Valenciana entre el 26 de abril al 26 de mayo de 2023, de los cuales 445 son teletrabajadores. En base a los resultados Se recomienda potenciar el teletrabajo, especialmente en pymes, mejorar la formación de mandos y abordar los riesgos psicosociales detectados. También se ofrecen recomendaciones a los diferentes grupos de interés que les permitan afrontar mejor los retos que plantea esta forma de trabajo.
