Derechos humanos, diálogo y educación emocional para una competencia socio-emocional

Abstract

La Declaración de los Derechos Humanos (1948) establece la importancia de la educación, el respeto y la libertad para una convivencia adecuada entre las personas. Para ello es necesario el diálogo y la competencia emocional, aspecto fundamental a trabajar por los docentes en todos los ámbitos educativos, que se generalizan a todos los ámbitos de la vida (personal, profesional). Se parte de teorías básicas en el desarrollo de competencias emocionales que han de colaborar en la defensa y el diálogo por los Derechos Humanos. Se afirma que la educación socio-emocional se ha de impartir en la educación formal, y a lo largo de toda la vida, como base de la convivencia. The Declaration of Human Rights (1948) establishes the importance of education, respect and freedom for an adequate coexistence among peo-ple. This requires dialogue and emotional competence, a fundamental aspect to work for teachers in all educational areas, which are generalized to all areas of life (personal, professional ...). It is based on basic theo-ries in the develo-pment of emotional competences that must collaborate in the defense and dialogue for Human Rights. It is affirmed that socio-emotional education must be taught in formal education, and throughout life, as a basis for coexistence.
