During the years 1862 and 1893 the presence and participation of Valencian writers in the contests known as Floral Games of Barcelona was remarkable. And also very significant, as it often occurred as a result of the invitation made by the Catalan brothers to be members of the consistory of keepers. An invitation that must be interpreted in terms of recognition, hope and help, and that the Valencians accepted in good faith and repeatedly. Which allowed literary talking about the consistory of keepers of the Floral Games of Barcelona to pass the best and best, literally speaking, of the Valencian nineteenth century. This study reviews, details and values the participation during the reference period.
