Conductas adictivas y la relación con el sinhogarismo

Abstract

Creciendo Juntas, es un proyecto de prevención de conductas adictivas y fomento de la inclusión social para niñas y adolescentes de la Residencia de Acogida General para Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes ‘La Pobla’, Valencia. El objetivo general es promover la inclusión social y la mejora de la calidad de vida de las niñas y adolescentes de la residencia, las cuales se encuentran en riesgo de sinhogarismo y de padecer conductas adictivas, a través de intervenciones preventivas.Por ello, el proyecto se desarrolla a través de distintas actividades, individuales y grupales, que se centran en apoyar a las beneficiarias, enseñarles a manejar sus emociones, prevenir conductas adictivas y desarrollar habilidades sociales clave para la transición a la independencia. Asimismo, el proyecto tiene un enfoque holístico que, además de atender las necesidades inmediatas de las beneficiarias, tiene un componente clave de sensibilización comunitaria. Este busca un cambio de percepción social hacia las personas sin hogar. Por último, la perspectiva de género es transversal en todo el proyecto, buscando la creación de espacios seguros y de confianza para las personas beneficiarias.; Creciendo Juntas is a project for the prevention of addictive behaviors and the promotion of social inclusion for girls and adolescents from the General Shelter Residence for Children and Adolescents ‘La Pobla’, Valencia. The general objective is to promote social inclusion and improve the quality of life of the girls and adolescents in the residence, who are at risk of homelessness and suffering from addictive behaviors, through preventive interventions. Therefore, the project is developed through different activities, both individual and group, which focus on supporting the beneficiaries, teaching them to manage their emotions, preventing addictive behaviors, and developing key social skills for the transition to independence. Likewise, the project has a holistic approach that, in addition to addressing the immediate needs of the beneficiaries, has a key component of community awareness. This seeks a change in social perception towards homeless people. Finally, the gender perspective is transversal throughout the project,
