Its legal nature is discussed from the perspective of credit law with an examination of the assumed consequences of repayment, as well as the transfer of possession in favour of the Advancer giving rise to a possible limitation of full ownership.; Se obtiene autofinanciación y liquidez inmediata con bienes raíces para arrendadores, propietarios de inmuebles y/o grandes superficies con el “Anticipo del Alquiler”.
