As is known, spouses united through the matrimonial property regime of community property coexist during the life of the partnership with two types of assets, some of a community nature and others of a private nature. Well, this work proposes the set of mechanisms that spouses can have at their disposal to alter the legal classification of the assets, through the development of their autonomy of will. For this reason, the figure of the confession of privacy, the community property agreement and, lastly, the voluntary attribution of privacy will be analyzed.
