Abstract

El presente trabajo, pretende analizar la naturaleza y la configuración jurídica de los tres estados excepcionales de limitación de Derechos Fundamentales enmarcados dentro del Derecho de Excepción, contemplados en la Constitución Española de 1978 y desarrollados por medio de la Ley Orgánica 4/1981 de 1 de junio, poniendo el principal foco de atención en el análisis del Estado de Alarma declarado con motivo de la pandemia del COVID 19.
