Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende conocer a la muestra compuesta por los/as alumnos/as de 4º curso de Psicología de la Universidad de Cádiz, para saber cuál es su perfil en diversas variables psicológicas, con el objetivo de compararlos con un perfil de mediador/a ideal, y posteriormente realizar una propuesta de formación, en base a las características estudiadas, para que se ajusten a un perfil idóneo del mediador/a.
