RESUMEN: Con la certeza de que el conocimiento científico es para todos, se ha diseñado una estrategia didáctica denominada Praccis, con la cual, partiendo de l os prejuicios del mundo de la vida que nos circunscribe, se inicia un diálogo continuo entre el saber popular y el saber científico. La conversación transcurre entre aquellos que investigan y las comunidades que habitan en la región objeto de estudio, para que, mediante la lectura, la reflexión y los juegos, se comprenda e interprete la ciencia aplicada a la vida. En este caso, el diálogo se dio con la comunidad del municipio de Ayapel, en el departamento de Córdoba, Colombia, al exponer, mediante la estrategia didáctica Praccis, el estudio denominado «Clasificación funcional del fitoplancton basado en la morfología y el análisis pigmentario en diferentes ambientes lénticos tropicales de Colombia», realizado en el marco de un programa doctoral en Biología de la Facultad de Ciencias Exactas y Naturales de la Universidad de Antioquia
ABSTARCT: In the belief that scientific knowledge is for everyone, we have designed a teaching strategy called praccis, with wich, based on the prejuices of the world of life around us, an ongoing dialogue un folds between popular knoledge. The conversation take place between the research and the communities living in the region under study, so tha the practical relationship between science and life can be understood and interpreted by means of readings, reflections and games. In this case, the conversationstook placwith the community of the municipality of Ayapel in the departament of Cordoba, Colombia, presenting, through the Praccis teaching strategy, the project "Functional classification of phytoplankton based on the morphology and pigment analysis in different tropical lentic environment in Colombia", within the context of a doctoral program in biology at the Universidad de Antioquia School of Natural Science.
