Los enunciados lingüísticos de la matemática

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This paper tries to present, in a parallel way, the cióse relationship that may be established between the geometric and algebraic stems and the Unguistic statements of common Spanish. For this purpose, we will choose some specific problems presented in algebra an will be parsed in their corresponding subjects and predicates, with the objective to afford an useful device to solve this kind of pedagogical difficulties. Likewise, there are some geometric statements called theorems in which the hypothesis and thesis keep a straight connecüon between them, and the subjects and the predicates of the respective Spanish sentences. On the other hand, the concept "mostración" as an intuitive, pragmatic, or operative approach —based on concrete materials— to mathematical, physic, biological or chemical concepts is put into consideration.
