RESUMEN: Mediante proyectos de investigación de carácter participativo, a través de los cuales se invita a sus jóvenes participantes y a sus familias a indagar por sus raíces, y afianzar (o restablecer) los nexos con sus comunidades de origen, la autora propone una construcción de identidad que comprenda y reconozca procesos complejos de reconfiguración geográfica y sociocultural, los cuales demandan propuestas educativas alternas.

ABSTRACT: Through research projects of participative nature, from which young participants and their families are invited to investigate on their roots and to improve (or restore) the links with their communities of origin, the author proposes a construction of identity that entails and acknowledges complex processes of geographical and sociocultural reconfiguration, which demand diverse educational proposals.
