Literatura oral de Touggourt

Abstract

Literatura oral de Touggourt se compone de 330 textos que fueron recogidos por el P. Yves Alliaume entre 1941 y 1953. Entre sus informantes sobresale Mǝsaʕūda, quien además colaboraba en los cursos de árabe argelino que se impartían en la casa de las hermanas blancas de Touggourt. También hay que destacar la labor de las hermanas blancas, las cuales conservaron los textos. Y entre ellas, merece especial atención la hermana Anselme-Marie, quien debió de conocer al P. Alliaume a su llegada a Touggourt en 1951 y colaborar en la recogida de algunos textos. Los temas abordados son muy variados: hospitalidad, familia, alimentación, cultivo, tiempo, aseo, salud, oficios, caza, amistad, divorcio, condolencias, desplazamiento en el desierto, Historia de Touggourt, cuentos, historias populares, adivinanzas, cantos, poemas, juegos, señales, sentencias, proverbios, enseñanzas y prácticas religiosas, historias bíblicas y cristianas, creencias populares, sobre el feto, antojos, santos, fiestas. Todos ellos son de una gran riqueza etnográfica para el conocimiento de Touggourt en los años cuarenta y cincuenta del siglo pasado. Y también lingüística, ya que podemos tener una idea del árabe hablado en esta ciudad hace más de setenta años. Los textos están escritos en transcripción y van acompañados de su traducción correspondiente. En esta edición, hemos incluido también una breve presentación del árabe de Touggourt y un glosario clasificado por categorías.
