Abstract

1 separador y 3 fichas que forman unidad. El separador lleva por título “Los tres grandes estilos” y se anota: “dos de ellos constituidos en la época barroca con caracteres extremosos”. El conjunto trata sobre los estilos literarios del siglo XVII. En particular, se recoge un fragmento de la obra de Quevedo en la que menciona estos estilos y Menéndez Pidal anota que se trata de una sátira certera y perfectamente definidora. En este fragmento se señalan algunas voces y expresiones características, como “circunloquio”, “ramplón”, “tiquismiquis”, “recancanilla”, “retruécano”, “chiste”, “ligustre”, “trote”, “no saber la cartilla” o “mote”. Además, se menciona la opinión de L. P. Thomas acerca de que no hay límite preciso entre cultismo y conceptismo, pues todo cultista es en principio conceptista y algunas contraopiniones al respecto.
