Abstract

Introducción: El término chemsex queda definido como el consumo de sustancias o drogas para mejorar o facilitar las relaciones sexuales. Dicho fenómeno se da principalmente en hombres que tienen sexo con hombres (HSH) en contextos sexuales concretos. Desde una perspectiva sanitaria, dichas prácticas conllevan problemas graves para la salud, relacionados con el consumo de drogas y con prácticas sexuales de riesgo. Además, tiene una repercusión en la salud mental, en la esfera social y económica de la persona. En los últimos 20 años se ha visto que este grupo concreto de población debuta con problemas asociados a la práctica de chemsex. Madrid y Barcelona se encuentran dentro de las ciudades europeas donde más se reportan este tipo de hábitos. Objetivo: El objetivo principal que se pretende alcanzar con la realización de este proyecto es capacitar a la persona de toda información relacionada con el consumo de sustancias (qué consumen y cómo tienen que consumirla) y prácticas sexuales, para disminuir los problemas asociados a las sesiones de chemsex. Metodología: Se plantea un programa donde todo educando ampliará, mejorará y desarrollará actitudes, conocimientos y habilidades relacionadas con el consumo y la sexualidad como sus consecuencias. Se compone de 5 sesiones de aproximadamente 90 minutos cada una dividida por temáticas (drogas, salud física y sexualidad). Evaluación: Evaluación de la estructura, proceso y resultados del programa.

Introduction: The word chemsex is defined as the use of substances or drugs to improve or ease sexual relations. The phenomenon occurs mainly among men who have sex with men (MSM) in specific sexual context. From a sanitary perspective, these kind of practices entail serious health problems related to the use of drugs and to sexual risk practices. Moreover, it also has a repercussion in the mental health and in the social and economic sphere of the person. In the last 20 years it has been shown that this particular group of the population debuts with problems associated with the chemsex pratice. Madrid and Barcelona are within the European cities where this kind of habits are most reported. Objective: The main objetive to be achieved with the realization of this project is to teach the persona all the information related to the use of substances (What the consume and how they have to consume it) to reduce the main associated problems. Methodology: A program is proposed where all students will expand, improve and develop attitudes, knowledge and skills related to consumption and sexuality as it´s consequences. It consists of 6 sessions of 90 minutes each divided by topics (drugs, physical health and sexuality). Evaluation: Evaluation of the structure, process and results of the program.
