Abstract

1 separador y 6 fichas que forman unidad. A continuación del título se encuentra una anotación sobre el contenido. El separador incluye una remisión (escrita por María Goyri) al Vocabulario para las voces “magbara” y “aciago”. El conjunto versa sobre el influjo árabe en el vocabulario castellano. Se incluye un listado de arabismos del siglo XIII escrito por María Goyri en el cual se incluyen, entre otras, las voces “candil”, “naranja”, “arrecifes” y “aduana”. Además, se documentan los arabismos más antiguos, como “aluazil”, “alcor”, “alfoz”, “alcoba”, “arrebata”, “arrobdas”, etc., registrados en fuentes literarias de los siglos X y XI según Menéndez Pidal, R. (1926): “Orígenes del español”. El conjunto incluye información sobre los diversos usos de los arabismos y la importancia cultural alcanzada por algunas de estas voces (“aceite”, “albeitar”, “alférez”, “alguacil”, “alcázar”, “azafate”, “adelfa”, etc.). También alude a los diferentes campos semánticos en los que se emplean, como las formas “candil” y “almirez” en el ámbito de la vivienda según la clasificación de E. Förstermann y a las falsas etimologías árabes (“almuerzo”, “axobda” por “arobda”). La página 7 es un texto impreso, fragmento del estudio de Meyer-Lübke traducido por A. Castro (1914): “Introducción al estudio de la lingüística romance” que versa sobre la presencia del elemento árabe en el español, el portugués y el siciliano. El verso de la página 2 contiene información mecanografiada que no guarda relación con la del recto y el papel ha sido reutilizado
