Bullying is referred to as peer abuse that occurs in the school setting. It is a problem that is increasing considerably in Spain in recent years, since it is already a Public Health Child problem. In 2016 it had a prevalence, according to Save The Children, of 9.3% in registered cases, but there are more students who suffer harassment, ignoring the real prevalence of the problem. From it can derive consequences and physical and psychological problems if not addressed early, so it is necessary an adequate training of School Nursing staff in this type of problem. Objectives: this formative project directed to school nurses aims to increase knowledge and skills regarding bullying and teach professionals to identify bullying situations quickly and effectively. It is also intended that they know how to act effectively in a situation of this type. Methodology: staff training will be carried out through a program that will consist of a formative project that will develop new knowledge and attitudes. The contents will be taught in 5 educational sessions of 2 hours each, at the beginning of the school year 2018/2019. Final considerations: After analyzing the situation of school bullying, the need to create a formative project for nurses has been detected since the training they receive about this problem is scarce, being an adequate key formation for early detection and a good performance.
