Abstract

Yayoi Kusama: un universo de puntos infinitos combatiendo entre la vida y la muerte. Recorrer los diferentes materiales y técnicas empleados por la polifacética artista Yayoi Kusama (Matsumoto, Prefectura de Nanano 1929), nos permitirá realizar un viaje espacio temporal que comienza en el devastado Japón posterior a la II Guerra Mundial, se detiene en la ciudad de Nueva York de la década de los 60 y regresa a Japón en 1973. Dibujo, pintura, collages y assemblages, novelas y poemas, escultura, instalaciones, películas y performances, configuran una amplia y profunda producción artística que cuestiona lo que somos y lo que significa vivir y morir.
