Abstract

The conclusions of this research are the value of express the own appearance during the adolescence, the search of the identity and the need of the grupal acceptance, the great influence that the media and social media have on Young people, and how teachers could create a bond of trust with their students through empathy and knowledge of the cultural preferences of each young person —in this case related to the fashion system and their visual culture — allowing to resolve possible conflicts that could be observed in the classroom. From this perspective, it is important to appreciate the artistic education to know the adolescent identity, and to value the possibilities of the fashion system as a field of the artistic education, because it is related to the reality of every adolescent.
