El asesoramiento escolar en sociedades complejas

Abstract

Existe bastante inquietud acerca del escaso calado y la limitada sostenibilidad de muchas propuestas de innovación, a pesar de haber sido consideradas valiosas y de haber contado con un acertado apoyo asesor. Encontrar una explicación a estas circunstancias exige investigación, reflexión y diálogo colectivo. De la investigación recogemos, en el presente trabajo, algunas conclusiones; de la propia práctica reflexiva del autor aportamos determinadas evidencias, y del diálogo colectivo un validado conocimiento relevante. Partimos de una concepción poliédrica y en red de las condiciones que hacen posible la innovación educativa, y de una noción de asesoramiento caracterizada, entre otros, por los siguientes rasgos: su compromiso con el análisis crítico del orden social dominante, la comprensión de las percepciones manifestadas por los agentes educativos implicados, la promoción de ‘prácticas discursivas’, la reflexión sobre lo que sucede en el aula, la colaboración con las comunidades educativas en la construcción colegiada de referencias de identidad…

There is a great concern about the low impact and the modest sustainability of many innovation proposals, although they were valuable and they got an adequate support. Finding an explanation to these circumstances requires research, reflection and collective dialogue. In the present document we bring together several conclusions out of the available research; we collect some evidences that come from the author’s own reflexive practice; from the collective dialogue we gather a validated and relevant knowledge. We take as a reference a complex concept about the conditions that make possible the educational innovation. Our point of view about school Consultancy is identified by several features: the commitment to the critical analysis of the dominant social order, the understanding of the perceptions expressed by the involved educational actors, the promotion of 'discursive practices', the reflection about what happens in the classroom, the cooperation with the educational communities in the construction of collegiate identity references…
