One image follows another, accompanied by rhythms and respective durations, with the aim of telling a story, are the main characteristics that link cinema and drawing. In this dissertation, the links that create the symbiotic relationship between drawing and cinema are studied, how do they manifest themselves in the creative process of an author – whether a painter / draughtsman, photographer or film director – and also the presentation of a work of art translated into a short film entitled Plenitude Solar (translating: Solar Fulness) and a set of autonomous drawings inspired by the atmosphere of the same film that aim to illustrate the emotional relationship between cinema and drawing as the artistic identity of the student Carolina Caramujo.
