The religious phenomenon makes the working relationship a favorable space for conflicts of rights between those involved in that relationship. The objective of this work is to try to know the legal positioning of potential conflicts when the right to religious freedom is at stake. In this way, the right to freedom of religious expression is defended on the spot and, in certain cases, outside the workplace, and should always be exercised with respect for the principle of proportionality and good faith.

fenómeno religioso torna a relação laboral numa área favorável de conflitos de direitos entre os intervenientes desta relação. O objetivo deste trabalho é tentar descobrir o posicionamento jurídico dos potenciais conflitos quando está em causa o direito à liberdade religiosa. Defende-se, desta forma, o direito à liberdade de expressão religiosa no local e, em determinados casos, fora do local de trabalho, devendo sempre ser praticada com o respeito ao princípio da proporcionalidade e da boa-fé.
