Sul tradurre Lacan (...e con Lacan)

Authors: Francesco Paolo Madonia;

Sul tradurre Lacan (...e con Lacan)

Abstract

This article analyzes various theoretical positions on translating Lacan, with particular reference to the way in which some key points of translation studies are brought back into the context of psychoanalytic theory and practice by translator-analysts. Translating Lacan thus becomes "translating with Lacan": psychoanalysis and translation reveal their common nature of "holey knowledge".
