Abstract

Virtual archeology, expression of Virtual Cultural Heritage5, has seen the definition of its guidelines already in the early nineties; and indicates a research field that deals with the reconstruction of past landscapes through three-dimensional models and multimedia solutions. It allows you to collect, catalog and make available to all the information acquired by work of archaeologists transforming them into digital knowledge and spreading them to an increasing number of people according to different levels of knowledge
