Abstract

Desde el siglo XIX: reescrituras, traducciones, transmedialidad reúne reflexiones sobre la reescritura y la adaptación de textos literarios hispánicos del siglo XIX en distintas acepciones, todas ellas relacionadas con la traducción en su más amplio sentido y entendida como proceso cultural: intralingüística, interlingüística e intersemiótica, clasificación en cuyo interior han surgido denominaciones más específicas, como intermedial, intermodal, intramental e intercultural. Entre las resemiotizaciones del contenido que reestructuran el proceso comunicativo, sobresale la transtextualidad, definida por Gérard Genette como «todo lo que pone el texto en relación, manifiesta o secreta, con otros textos», concepto retomado de la intertextualidad de Julia Kristeva. De acuerdo con lo reseñado, los estudios aquí reunidos se dividen en tres apartados: algunos surgen de la reescritura como intertextualidad, otros reflexionan sobre la traducción interlingüística y el último grupo se centra en la transmedialidad, también entendida como interdisciplinariedad.
