Se centra en la tradición oral recopilada a través de entrevistas realizadas por la autora desde 2004 hasta 2020. Este libro está conformado por un Ensayo introductorio, dos Capítulos y una sección de Anexos. En el ensayo se expone el vínculo entre la oralidad y el patrimonio cultural inmaterial; se aborda parte de la historia del municipio y la forma compleja en que lo multicultural se ha experimentado, así como la necesidad de lo intracultural e intercultural para rescatar, valorar y difundir la tradición de carácter oral y establecer un diálogo respetuoso con otras culturas. Además, en el ensayo se identifica que la tradición oral del municipio de Atoyatempan se puede clasificar en: mitos, leyendas, ritos, tradiciones, costumbres y relatos históricos. En los dos capítulos se encuentra la transcripción de la tradición oral recopilada: I. Atoyatempan. Historia, costumbres, rituales & tradiciones y II. Atoyatempan entre mitos & leyendas. Finalmente, se encuentra la sección de anexos que contiene el Glosario de vocablos náhuatl usados en el municipio y el Índice de Informantes & Colaboradores. Focuses on the oral tradition compiled through interviews conducted by the author from 2004 to 2020. This book is made up of an Introductory Essay, two Chapters and a section of Annexes. The essay exposes the relation between orality and intangible cultural heritage; part of the history of the municipality and the complex way in which the multicultural has been experiencd is addressed, as well as the need for the intracultural and intercultural to rescue, value and disseminate the oral tradition and establish a respectful dialogue with other cultures. In addition, the essay identifies that the oral tradition of the municipality of Atoyatempan can be classified into: myths, legends, rites, traditions, customs and historical stories.
