Qualidade 4.0

Influência das tecnologias I4.0 na melhoria da Qualidade
Authors: Sangulo, Irene da Conceição;
Abstract

Quality 4.0 is a recent concept within the 4th Industrial Revolution or simply Industry 4.0 that is the product of a fusion of technologies applied to the production environment, including CPS, IoT, Internet of Services (IoS), autonomous vehicles, 3D printers, advanced robots , artificial intelligence, big data, nanomaterials and nanosensors, the combination of these technologies has the potential to enable so-called smart factories, capable of producing products more efficiently with the communication and integration between machines, people and resources, in these "smart factories" . With the rapid change of scenarios in the organizational environments in terms of policies, the tools make their leaders seek to follow this evolution so that they can meet the market demand, satisfy their customers with better quality of products and services at low prices. In this sense, the present work aims to study how the tools associated with industry 4.0 can improve quality control. This is a qualitative study, which uses the systematic literature review method. The defined research period was for articles published from 2016, however, given the relevance of the articles, this study includes articles published in the last two years (2019-2020) and consulted in the Scopus, Web of Science and ScienceDirect databases. Altogether, 10 articles were contemplated. The results were clear, concluding that quality tools are important for industry 4.0, which has followed the evolution of societies and technological evolution itself.
