O presente relatório pretende demonstrar os conhecimentos adquiridos e o trabalho desenvolvido durante o período de estágio curricular decorrido no FEST – Associação Cultural, entre 17 de Dezembro de 2018 e 31 de Maio de 2019, no âmbito do Mestrado em Cinema da Universidade da Beira Interior. O presente relatório inicia-se com a apresentação da entidade e a exposição dos objetivos e o plano para o estágio, e inclui o percurso que tive no FEST, desde a preparação do festival de cinema realizado em Junho de 2019, à preparação das várias sessões do FEST – Cineclube de Espinho, bem como outros projetos de outras dimensões que foram realizados no decorrer do estágio. Neste relatório descrevo as tarefas principais que desempenhei durante o estágio no FEST – Associação Cultural, não só para o festival em si, mas também para o Cineclube e para os workshops que o FEST oferece. O FEST – Associação Cultural organiza o FEST - Festival Novos Realizadores | Novo Cinema há já 15 anos em Espinho, no final do mês de Junho, que é reconhecido internacionalmente, bem como o FEST – Cineclube de Espinho, inaugurado em Fevereiro deste ano, e os workshops do FEST FILM LAB, que decorrem em território nacional e internacional, proporcionando, assim, excelentes oportunidades de aprendizagem. Em suma, o presente relatório culmina todo o conhecimento e experiência adquiridos durante o 1º ano do mestrado e durante o estágio, bem como exprime as ferramentas adquiridas, necessárias para me tornar numa boa profissional na indústria do cinema.

This report aims to demonstrate the knowledge aquired and the work developed during the internship at FEST – Associação Cultural, between December 17th 2018 and May 31st 2019, under the Master’s Degree in Cinema at the University of Beira Interior. The report begins with the presentation of the company and the exposure of the internships’ objectives and Learning Agreement, it includes my progress in FEST, the preparation for the film festival that will take place from June 24th until July 1st, the preparation for the FEST – Cineclub of Espinho’s sessions, as well as smaller projects that were made during the internship. Here, I describe the main tasks that i performed during my internisip at FEST – Associação Cultural, not only for the film festival, but for the Cineclub and for the workshops FEST provides. FEST – Associação Cultural organizes the FEST - New Directors | New Films Festival for the past 15 years in Espinho, at the end of June, which is recognized internationally, as well as FEST – Cineclub of Espinho, that premiered in February of 2019, and the FEST FILM LAB workshops, that take place on national and international territory, thus providign excelent learning oportunities To sum up, this report is the culmination of all the knowledge and experiences acquired during the first year of my master’s degree and my internship, and expresses the acquired tools necessary for me to become a good professional in the film industry.
