Abstract

O Recrutamento e Seleção é uma das áreas core de Gestão de Recursos Humanos e cada vez tem sido alvo de maior foco devido à sua importância estratégica dado que, visa atrair candidatos diferenciados e potencialmente qualificados para desempenhar funções na organização. Integrado no âmbito do Mestrado de Gestão de Recursos Humanos, o presente Trabalho Final de Mestrado assume o formato de relatório de estágio. O estágio decorreu numa empresa do setor da saúde, a CUF, na equipa de Recrutamento e Seleção, e teve a duração de 6 meses. Para além de permitir consolidar e praticar os conhecimentos adquiridos, possibilitou também confrontar, de forma reflexiva e critica, os contributos teóricos existentes com a realidade da área da saúde, tendo por base a descrição detalhada das atividades desenvolvidas no estágio. Dado que o estágio foi desenvolvido na equipa de recrutamento e seleção, também tive a oportunidade de fazer parte do projeto de employer branding da empresa, o qual é igualmente objeto de análise no presente relatório.

Recruitment and Selection are one of the core areas of Human Resource Management and has increasingly been target of greater focus due to its strategic importance since it aims to attract differentiated and potentially qualified candidates to perform functions in the organization. Integrated within the scope of the Master in Human Resources Management, the Final Master's Work takes the form of an internship report. The internship took place in a company in the health sector, CUF, in the Recruitment and Selection team with the duration of 6 months. In addition to allowing the consolidation and practice the acquired knowledge, it also made possible to confront, in a reflective and critical way, the existing theoretical contributions of the health area, as well as making a detailed description of the activities developed in the internship. The internship was developed in the recruitment and selection team, I also had the opportunity to be part of the company's employer branding project, which is also analysed in the report.
