Abstract

Este relatório apresenta o projeto realizado no âmbito da unidade curricular de dissertação do Mestrado em Engenharia Eletrotécnica e Computadores – área de especialização em automação e sistemas. O trabalho realizado consiste no desenvolvimento de um sistema inteligente de telemetria para medição do consumo de energia elétrica, bem como a monitorização de outros parâmetros relevantes dessa mesma energia na instalação onde está inserido. Sendo um dispositivo inteligente com capacidade de comunicação, será possível o envio de forma regular dos dados recolhidos para base de dados remota, onde além de obter dados necessários à faturação da energia consumida, poderá ainda ser utilizado para identificar formas de tornar mais eficiente a utilização da energia elétrica nessa instalação e consequente redução de custos.
