Sincronización y superovulación en ganado vacuno bravo

Abstract

In 7 different groups pertaining to 4 farms, we followed 4 synchronization and poliovulation protocols ánalyzing the obtained results.. We used cows of different ages as donors and as recipient 2 year old animals, previously subjected to strict hygienic, sanitarydietetic controls as well as a meticulous rectal-vaginal exam of the genital tract. The products used for synchronization and poliovulation were: subcutaneous and i.m. implants of progestagen, small dosis of estradiol valerianate, PGF2cy, PMSG and RF FSH-LH. In all of the protocols followed the synchronization was very good and the cows showed signs of heat in a maximum, of 48 hours, being very positive the utilization of RF FSH-LH poliovulation treatments.
