En siete lotes distintos, pertenecientes a cuatro ganaderías, se siguen cuatro protocolos de sincronización y poliovulación con análisis de los resultados obtenidos. Como donantes se utilizaron vacas de distintas edades; y como receptoras, animales de 2 años, a los que previamente se les somete a un estricto control higiénico, sanitariodietético, así como a un meticuloso examen del aparato genital, por vía recto-vaginal. Los productos empleados para sincronización y poliovulación fueron progestágenos implantados subcutánea e intramuscularmente; pequeñas dosis de valerianato de estradiol; PGF2a(prostaglandina F2"); PMSG (gonadotropia sérica de yegua preñada) y RF FSH–LH (factor liberador de hormonas FSH–LH). En todos los protocolos la sincronización fue muy buena y las vacas manifestaron celo en un tiempo máximo de 48 h. Fue muy positiva la utilización de RF FSH–LH en los tratamientos de poliovutación.
In 7 different groups pertaining to 4 farms, we followed 4 synchronization and poliovulation protocols ánalyzing the obtained results.. We used cows of different ages as donors and as recipient 2 year old animals, previously subjected to strict hygienic, sanitarydietetic controls as well as a meticulous rectal-vaginal exam of the genital tract. The products used for synchronization and poliovulation were: subcutaneous and i.m. implants of progestagen, small dosis of estradiol valerianate, PGF2cy, PMSG and RF FSH-LH. In all of the protocols followed the synchronization was very good and the cows showed signs of heat in a maximum, of 48 hours, being very positive the utilization of RF FSH-LH poliovulation treatments.
