Abstract

En este artículo, que resume la conferencia dada en Salamanca en el pasado verano, se pretende hacer una aproximación al tema desde la historia regional de Galicia sin que en nuestra intención esté la pretensión de que esta aproximación deba o pueda ser aplicada a la historia regional de otras comunidades del Estado. Es, pues, una reflexión desde la historia contemporánea de Galicia. Por razones obvias (se trataba de una conferencia) omitimos las referencias bibliográficas.
