Proyecto SCORE: investigación musicológica, edición digital y modelo ontológico a partir de la correspondencia de Kurt Schindler (1882-1935)

Abstract

La correspondencia del musicólogo alemán Kurt Schindler (1882-1935), dispersa en archivos de España y EE. UU., constituye un valioso corpus documental integrado por más de 730 cartas que se convierten en una ventana al pensamiento, los métodos de trabajo y la amplia red de contactos de Schindler, fruto de su intensa actividad investigadora y artística a uno y otro lado del Atlántico. Este trabajo propone un acercamiento a su epistolario desde la perspectiva de las humanidades digitales con el objetivo de contribuir a su estudio, conservación y difusión en acceso abierto. Con esta finalidad, se presentan la edición digital en XML de una selección de cartas, una propuesta de modelo ontológico basado en el contenido de las mismas y en las redes personales y profesionales reflejadas en la correspondencia, y un portal web desde el que se puede acceder a los resultados de este trabajo.
