Abstract

La protohistoria del noreste de Iberia se entiende un?nimemente como la paulatina sofisticaci?n de la econom?a pol?tica ?centralizaci?n y divisi?n social?, desde el campesinado del Bronce Final, a trav?s de las jefaturas del Hierro I, y hasta los peque?os Estados clasistas iberos. Aqu? se plantea una aproximaci?n alternativa, reconsiderando las sociedades ?germ?nicas? de A. Gilman. Se propone un an?lisis social diacr?nico de arqueolog?a del ?mbito dom?stico atento a las din?micas del parentesco y a las estrategias de econom?a pol?tica y moral. Este examen se centra en tres microrregiones del Bajo Ebro: los valles del Segre, Matarra?a y S?nia. En ellas se reconoce cierta perduraci?n de f?rmulas de descendencia unilineales y patriarcales entre el Bronce Final y el episodio aristocr?tico ?germ?nico? del s. vi a.C. El igualitarismo del Bronce Final dio paso a diversas trayectorias entrecortadas y err?ticas de explotaci?n social sin centralizaci?n, clases ni Estados, que definen las heterarqu?as ?germ?nicas? del Hierro I.
