Abstract

El presente estudio analiza la tradici?n exeg?tica que confluye en una glosa al T?tulo de la amistan?a, traducci?n castellana de Alfonso de Cartagena sobre la Tabulatio et expositio Senecae, acerca del concepto aristot?lico del hombre como animal pol?tico. Considerando la condici?n de jurista de Cartagena, se observa la influencia que adquiere en su comentario el corpus legal alfons?, particularmente de la Segunda Partida.
