Abstract

[EN]The project focuses on developing a mobile application for Android devices that centres around contextual music playback during physical activities. The context considered for making contextual recommendations will be the user's geolocation and biometric data, specifically their heart rate. The Spotify API will be used for music playback due to its widespread popularity. To obtain biometric data, an activity tracker will be used to collect user information and transmit it to Google Fit, which, through its API, can access this type of data. The user will provide their geolocation by accessing the app. Additionally, options will be included for the user to adapt the music to their heart rate tempo or, conversely, choose music with a tempo opposite to their heart rate.
